Pasco County utilizes Community Remarks for land use surveys and the 2045 needs plan engagement opportunity. Projects from GIS are uploaded into Community Remarks Basic Plus license. 107 comments were made in the week it launched. The comment opportunity was featured on ABC News in Tampa.

Key Biscayne used a combination of Facebook, Community Remarks, the Village’s website, and instructional videos to receive 182 comments in the development of their Transit Mobility Study.

The St. Lucie TPO received over 500 comments throughout the development of their Go2040 Long Range Transportation plan.

Polk TPO received over 200 comments on their Needs Plan projects in the development of the Momentum 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan.

The South Florida Regional Planning Council conducted a regional stakeholder survey on flood mitigation with an extensive, customized survey form.

Assist with the setup of Community Remarks for each engagement phase including:
1.) Setup of comment topics for themed maps
2.) Assisting with GIS overlays, styling, and importing into the database for each themed map
3.) Retrieving Needs Plan/Cost Feasible GIS data, format appropriately for import into database
4.) Importing Needs Plan/Cost Feasible, and other project data into database
5.) Create custom input forms for each themed map
6.) Exporting comments collected for each round of themed maps
7.) Manually assemble comment summaries for each round of themed map engagement
8.) Provide user metrics for each round of themed maps
9.) Monitor incoming comments in real-time, deactivate any that are inappropriate
10.) Generate list of citizens who shared their email address and signed up for project updates
11.) Provide support for embedding Community Remarks into project website/ project page on MPO’s website
12.) Insert comments received in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and in-person into Community Remarks to retain a central database of feedback
