This really should be done before the roundabout at 9th/plaza/Dalles Military Road. Would help with detour traffic!

It might be interesting if this was extended to become a freeway to Milton-Freewater. Current WA-125/OR-11 is dangerous, and one roundabout won't fix problems on the entire 10-mile corridor.
