I'd like to see Rose, Main, Alder, and Poplar be one-way streets. The east end is practically built for it. Maybe it can go out to 11th. This will relieve traffic congestion downtown.

Traffic circle should be built here. Pedestrian cross walks need to be installed across Howard. Howard traffic does not stop for pedestrians even if they are standing in the bike lanes.

A safe crossing is needed to connect Regency/Villages at Garrison Creek with Fort Walla Walla park. Many people cross the street here and it is dangerous.

I like the round about idea! I'm wondering if research could be done to add extra lane from Hwy 11 direct to Plaza Way in addition to what is proposed? It could merge with the other lane after it wraps around Starbucks. Lots of vehicles have to turn from there coming from College Place and M-F.
