There in no need to push SW Davis to 12th St, there is a street on the west side of College Ave It's name is Bade St. and that plenty.

The Clarence-Doans Extension is an ill-conceived idea. It would takeout a septic drain field, a well , a house, and maybe even another house. It would increase traffic on Brickner and Clarence, narrow roads and somewhat dangerous now. They will be very dangerous for children, pedestrians, and cars.

Connecting Doans to Clarence will make Brickner and Clarence dangerous. It will become an outlet from Hayden Homes to Walmart and the High school. Cars often don't stop at stop signs and drive very fast on narrow roads. There likely will be more pedestrian-car accidents. We just had one on SW 12th.

Very few drivers obey the traffic laws and the roads surrounding this area cannot handle the traffic. All roads will eventually dump onto College Avenue regardless. There are other options for a north/south connection. Please consider that.

Our concern is that the planned thoroughfare connecting Julia and Clarence will not improve safety, but actually make it less safe having a road run into a high density community. Speed is a concern in this area and should be addressed thoughtfully-- not encouraged with more thoroughfares.

There are two roads in and out of Hayden Homes, a 3rd is not necessary. Brickner Rd is not set up for high traffic and is fine the way it is. Safer with less traffic also.(Rod Zuver)

Traffic circle should be built here. Pedestrian cross walks need to be installed across Howard. Howard traffic does not stop for pedestrians even if they are standing in the bike lanes.

So, some of the oldest trees in the city, and long lived ones as well, all sacrificed for traffic 'safety'. Traffic moves slowly on Clinton *because* of the narrowness. Widening that roadway will speed up traffic, endanger users, and wreck a lovely canopied street all at the same time. Pls rethink

I definitely oppose this project. It will add too much traffic to Brickner Road. Who would be responsible for patrolling this area? No one stops at the stop sign on the corner of Brickner and Grandview, my husband was broadsided at that intersection. I vote NO

The round about idea is great, except that the intersection at Plaza Way and 125 really isn't the problem, the problem is that you have such a short amount of road before you have to stop at the light at Plaza Way and Tietan Street. That fact isn't going to change because you put in a roundabout.

SE 12th Street needs to be reconstructed bad. Several incidents along road make it feel unsafe such as the lady that got hit by a car and died at 12th/Sky as well as limited lighting and the driveby shooting that occurred at 12th/Date. Better lighting and bike facilities are needed.

If "realignment" means "straightening", then straightening generally seems unnecessary. I like the idea of adding a lane for bicyclists, but cutting a new path for an entire road to get it seems unnecessary and costly.

This intersection is close to that of Old Milton Highway. I wonder what would happen if College Avenue were to dead-end or follow the frontage road to OMH via Aufty Ln and the driveway to 2264 OMH.

Can we switch the lighting system to favor traffic flow that reinforces the speed limit, instead of intentional stopping of traffic flow? Traffic lights to start from Park Avenue to 9th Street could turn in sync with traffic flow timed with the speed limit will reduce gas emissions and improve time.

I like the round about idea! I'm wondering if research could be done to add extra lane from Hwy 11 direct to Plaza Way in addition to what is proposed? It could merge with the other lane after it wraps around Starbucks. Lots of vehicles have to turn from there coming from College Place and M-F.

I'd like to see Rose, Main, Alder, and Poplar be one-way streets. The east end is practically built for it. Maybe it can go out to 11th. This will relieve traffic congestion downtown.

This is the busiest corridor between the bridges at Burbank and Clarkston. Signs say "freeway entrance". Freeways don't have roundabouts. Forcing semis and motorcycles to slow at a blind corner for a random roundabout is a safety hazard, especially if pedestrians and bicycles cross at-grade

Only 1/2 mile of Clinton south of US12 has a centerline. Any traffic going to Boyer or Alder will have difficulty getting through on such a narrow road. If Myra can be extended nearly a mile north of Rose to meet US12, why can't Wilbur be extended 1/3 mile to Middle Waitsburg Road?

It might be interesting if this was extended to become a freeway to Milton-Freewater. Current WA-125/OR-11 is dangerous, and one roundabout won't fix problems on the entire 10-mile corridor.
