Convert the sidewalk on the north side of the street west of belsay to a multifunctional greenway so people can SAFELY walk, bike, skateboard, rollerskate, wheelchair, scooter, e-bike, e-scooter, or whatever non-motorized mode of transportation they choose. Make a cross walk and improve the existing lane east of belsay - clean, expand, and create landscape or bollards between it and the automobile traffic. If we build infrastructure that gives people true FREEDOM of transportation, our roads will be more durable, safer, and have less traffic.
