Community Feedback
Local priorities for potential trail/non-motorized development within the county. - Adam Zettel
A connection from the City of Swartz Creek at Elms Road to the Hill Road corridor would connect a large population/activity area in Mundy with the parks, neighborhoods, and activities in nearby Swartz Creek. This will be especially vital if the Advanced Manufacturing District develops.
- Adam Zettel
The link between Fairchild and Seymour exists as sidewalk only. The community is prioritizing a non-motorized trail connection from Elms Road to (through) Abrams Park. The section between Morrish and Fairchild has been constructed.
- Chad Young
I support Damon's comment and the need for pedestrian infrastructure in all forms along Hill Road. Hill Road in Mundy Township is a growing commercial corridor and increasingly popular destination, especially following the additional of Costco. The lack of nonmotorized/pedestrian options makes it dangerous and inconvenient for anyone not in a motor vehicle.

It would make sense to close the gap on Hill Rd between Jennings Rd and Linden Rd as it exists based on the depicted Community Survey results. There are several thousand residents in the immediate area that would be well served by having immediate access to several prospective miles of Hill Rd and Linden Rd by having this potential one mile gap filled.

Mundy Township recently completed a pathway extension from Hill Road back to the existing trail loops at Mundy Miracle Commons
- Damon
Definitely support Hill Road as a priority as there are currently no sidewalks and lots of people walking on the side of the road between Torrey and Fenton Roads.

The proposed trail in Flushing Twp up to the Flushing Nature Park (a walking trail exists inside the Nature Park) and then north would be great!
- Michelle King
The City of Flushing is considering joining the Creekview Trail and Riverview Trail. The connection route was identified many years ago, but is complicated by railroad tracks going through the City, which cross most routes.
- Michelle King
City of Flushing would be interested in partnering with Flushing Township, Clayton Township, and the City of Swartz Creek to extend the existing trails from Swartz Creek to Flushing

Please add Hegel Road east from M-15 to Washburn Road (county line of Lapeer) for a Community Survey layer
- Paulette Johnson
Perry Road has been scoped (Nov. 2015) from M-15 to Gale/Perry (Atlas) intersection.
